Thatcham Town Council Business and Community Hub

The Council Chamber is available to hire for meetings, training, workshops etc. The Chamber can seat 20 in boardroom style, 45 theatre style or the tables have the flexibility to be separated into small clusters.

We offer complementary Wi-Fi, water and glasses, and we can provide mugs and a kettle/hot water flasks. Hirers will need to provide their own refreshments and make their own catering arrangements.

The Chamber is located adjacent to the beautiful Jubilee Sensory Garden.

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking however the closest car park is only a minute’s walk away – Gilbert Court East

Hire charge from £14.50 per hour.

Hot-desking or co-working is possible dependant on availability and is priced at £10 per person per day but does not grant exclusive use of the Council Chamber. Please contact us to check availability. Printing and photocopying services are available in the room. Prices are below:
