The Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Thatcham town centre will come into effect on 11 November 2022 and will last 3 years. The PSPO has been introduced to provide additional tool to deal with a number of anti-social issues which cause concern to those who live, visit or work in Thatcham town centre. Officers will take a measured approach by engaging, explaining and encouraging those at risk of breaching the Order through education and warnings.
