Vacancy For A New Town Councillor: Thatcham North East Ward

1. Notice is hereby given of a vacancy for a Councillor on Thatcham Town Council following the resignation of Councillor Lee Dillon.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if within 14 days [1] from the date of this notice ten electors for the ward give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
3. The address of the Returning Officer is West Berkshire Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury RG14 5LD.
4. If no such notice is given Thatcham Town Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
