Thatcham Festival 2024: Applications to submit an event now open
Thatcham-based individuals, community groups, charities and arts and leisure organisations are invited to apply with either one-off or a series of events to make Thatcham Festival 2024 an unforgettable celebration of Thatcham’s creative innovation, learning, and community spirit.

Thatcham Town Council are seeking a wide range of activities from workshops, talks and walks, performances, and exhibitions for all ages and sections of the community. Whether you’re passionate about dance, theatre, music, arts, crafts, nature, local history, or want to help people explore the hidden gems of our town, Thatcham Festival is the place to inspire people to get involved, educate, and entertain. The events submitted to the Festival should not form part of an existing weekly or monthly programme of events.
Alongside these events, regular events will be returning, including the popular Big Thatcham Fest Off, a mini festival with music, food, market stalls and entertainment on the High Street, and the Leisure and Craft Market highlighting all the opportunities to get involved with local charities and organisation.

Thatcham Festival is known for its inclusivity, with all activities offered either free of charge or for a very small booking fee.
