Dementia Action Week Garden Party

May 17 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Jubilee Sensory Garden in summer
Join us for a friendly chat over tea, cake and live music as we get together and socialise for Dementia Action Week.

Open to all, the Garden Party aims to support and raise awareness for individuals and families affected by dementia. Free refreshments can be enjoyed in the garden, whilst listening to live music from local musician Sion Wiley who will be playing acoustic songs from across the decades. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative piece of artwork designed to highlight our community.

There is no obligation to get involved with the activities, those who just wish to come along and have a chat and a hot drink are equally as welcome. Perhaps you are just keen to get out of the house and meet new people? Whatever your reasons for wanting to come along, we just hope you do!
There is no need to book, just turn up on the day!
